Considera\u0163ii generale<\/h2><div class='av_custom_color av-subheading av-subheading_below'><p>Formarea amestecului, autoaprinderea \u015fi arderea la motoarele diesel depind esen\u0163ial de calitatea procesului de pulverizare. Cea mai solicitat\u0103 pies\u0103 a echipamentului de injec\u0163ie &#8211; care are \u015fi durata de func\u0163ionare cea mai sc\u0103zut\u0103 &#8211; este pulverizatorul. Actualmente, testarea acestora se realizeaz\u0103 prin demontarea de pe motor \u015fi \u00eencercarea manual\u0103 pe standuri specializate. Prezentarea unor rezultate relevante pentru posibilit\u0103\u0163ile metodei<\/div>\n<div class=\"title-detail\"><\/div>\n<p>Metoda de determinare a permis individualizarea precis\u0103 a vibra\u0163iilor pulverizatorului \u00een timpul func\u0163ion\u0103rii. \u00cen continuare sunt disponibile diagramele semnalelor brute recep\u0163ionate de la traductor.<\/p>\n<p>\u00cen figura 2 este prezentat semnalul ob\u0163inut de la un pulverizator RO-DN OSD 130 de bun\u0103 calitate, pentru 4 injec\u0163ii succesive.<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/romconvert.azurewebsites.net\/images\/as2\/2-2.gif\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Semnalul corespunz\u00e2nd unei singure injec\u0163ii este prezentat \u00een figura 3.<\/p>\n<div class=\"as-images row\">\n<div class=\"as-box col-lg-4 col-md-4 col-sm-4 col-xs-12\">\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/romconvert.azurewebsites.net\/images\/as2\/2-3.gif\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Comparativ cu acesta este de remarcat semnalul ob\u0163inut pentru acela\u015fi tip de pulverizator, dar care prezint\u0103 uzuri datorate func\u0163ion\u0103rii (figura 4). Neetan\u015feitatea dintre ac \u015fi sediu se traduce, \u00een acest caz, printr-un nivel mic al amplitudinii vibra\u0163iilor.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"as-box col-lg-4 col-md-4 col-sm-4 col-xs-12\">\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/romconvert.azurewebsites.net\/images\/as2\/2-4.gif\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Urm\u0103toarea faz\u0103 a constituit-o prelucrarea acestor semnale \u00een vederea ob\u0163inerii maximului de informa\u0163ii. \u00cen figurile 5a \u015fi 5b apare reprezentarea grafic\u0103 a semnalului numeric ce cuprinde 3.255 de puncte rezultate \u00een urma e\u015fantion\u0103rii semnalului din figurile 3 \u015fi respectiv 4.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"as-box col-lg-4 col-md-4 col-sm-4 col-xs-12\">\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/romconvert.azurewebsites.net\/images\/as2\/2-5.gif\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Pentru a se putea face o apreciere obiectiv\u0103 a calit\u0103\u0163ii pulveriz\u0103rii, semnalul numeric este prelucrat, ob\u0163in\u00e2ndu-se \u00eenf\u0103\u015fur\u0103toarea amplitudinilor (figurile 6a \u015fi 6b)<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"as-box col-lg-4 col-md-4 col-sm-4 col-xs-12\">\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/romconvert.azurewebsites.net\/images\/as2\/2-6.gif\" \/><\/p>\n<p>\u015fi realiz\u00e2ndu-se analiza \u00een frecven\u0163\u0103 cu ajutorul transformatei Fourier rapide (figurile 7a \u015fi 7b).<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"as-box col-lg-4 col-md-4 col-sm-4 col-xs-12\">\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/romconvert.azurewebsites.net\/images\/as2\/2-7.gif\" \/><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>\u00cen practica curent\u0103 de verificare a calit\u0103\u0163ii procesului de pulverizare s-a folosit o metod\u0103 comparativ\u0103. Astfel, pentru un anumit tip de pulverizator se poate defini un semnal etalon care urmeaz\u0103 s\u0103 fie memorat \u00eentr-un fi\u015fier. Semnalul pulverizatorului verificat este comparat cu semnalul etalon utiliz\u00e2nd criterii de analiz\u0103 \u00een cascad\u0103. Toate informa\u0163iile referitoare la pulverizator sau la procesul de injec\u0163ie se culeg prin intermediul unor senzori externi, ata\u015fa\u0163i pe instala\u0163ia de injec\u0163ie.<\/p>\n<p>Cercet\u0103rile experimentale au eviden\u0163iat posibilitatea individualiz\u0103rii semnalului produs de pulverizator, ob\u0163in\u00e2ndu-se &#8211; prin analiza numeric\u0103 ulterioar\u0103 a acestuia &#8211; rezultate aplicabile \u00een practica curent\u0103. Testele f\u0103cute pe un motor monocilindric CFR au ar\u0103tat c\u0103 semnalul captat de la pulverizator \u00een timpul func\u0163ion\u0103rii motorului este similar cu cel ob\u0163inut pe stand. Acest lucru face posibil\u0103 testarea calit\u0103\u0163ii procesului de pulverizare direct pe motor.<\/p>\n<p>Metoda folosit\u0103 este deosebit de sensibil\u0103. Analiza unui grup mai mare de pulverizatoare noi a permis sortarea acestora dup\u0103 semnalul emis comparativ cu semnalele ob\u0163inute de la pulverizatoare BOSCH originale. Pulverizatoarele rom\u00e2ne\u015fti al c\u0103ror semnal difer\u0103 de semnalul etalon al celor de tip BOSCH prezint\u0103 &#8211; probabil &#8211; abateri de execu\u0163ie (ipotez\u0103 \u00een curs de verificare).<\/p>\n<p>Metoda prezentat\u0103 poate fi utilizat\u0103 at\u00e2t de produc\u0103torii de echipamente de injec\u0163ie c\u00e2t \u015fi de unit\u0103\u0163ile de service auto.
