Introducere<\/h2><div class='av_custom_color av-subheading av-subheading_below'><p>Modalitatea actual\u0103 de producere a energiei electrice are loc &#8211; \u00een cea mai mare parte &#8211; pe baza transform\u0103rilor energetice ale apei \u015fi aburului, \u00een conformitate cu ciclul termodinamic Rankine. Consumul tot mai mare de energie electric\u0103 precum \u015fi pre\u0163ul relativ ridicat al combustibililor utiliza\u0163i conduc la c\u0103utarea permanent\u0103 de solu\u0163ii pentru eficientizarea producerii acestei energii. Principiul metodei<\/div>\n<p>Fiecare fenomen se desf\u0103\u015foar\u0103 \u00eentr-un spa\u0163iu bine precizat, conturul acestuia put\u00e2nd s\u0103 existe fizic (conturul cazanului, al turbinei etc.) sau s\u0103 fie delimitat printr-o grani\u0163\u0103 fictiv\u0103. Precizarea &#8211; printr-o grani\u0163\u0103 &#8211; a spa\u0163iului \u00een care se g\u0103se\u015fte obiectul studiat permite individualizarea fa\u0163\u0103 de mediul exterior a unui anumit utilaj (sau a unei p\u0103r\u0163i a acestuia). Volumul &#8211; separat de mediul exterior &#8211; \u00een care se g\u0103se\u015fte obiectul studiat va fi numit volum de contol.<\/p>\n<div class=\"as-images row\">\n<div class=\"as-box col-lg-6 col-md-6 col-sm-6 col-xs-12\">\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/romconvert.azurewebsites.net\/images\/as7\/7-1.gif\" \/>La momentul ini\u0163ial, \u00een volumul de control intr\u0103 o cantitate de substan\u0163\u0103 notat\u0103 cu mi (figura 1).<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"as-box col-lg-6 col-md-6 col-sm-6 col-xs-12\">\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/romconvert.azurewebsites.net\/images\/as7\/7-2.gif\" \/>La un moment de timp imediat urm\u0103tor este evacuat\u0103 din sistem masa me (figura 2).<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>\u00cen cazul general, \u00een volumul de control pot intra \u015fi ie\u015fi simultan mai multe cantit\u0103\u0163i de substan\u0163\u0103. Utiliz\u00e2nd nota\u0163iile din figurile 1 \u015fi 2 &#8211; cu semnifica\u0163iile prezentate \u00een anexa 1 &#8211; se pot scrie urm\u0103toarele ecua\u0163ii:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>conservarea masei:\n<div class=\"math-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/romconvert.azurewebsites.net\/images\/formule\/7-3.gif\" \/><\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>principiul I al termodinamicii:\n<div class=\"math-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/romconvert.azurewebsites.net\/images\/formule\/7-4.gif\" \/><\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>principiul al II-lea al termodinamicii:\n<div class=\"math-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/romconvert.azurewebsites.net\/images\/formule\/7-5.gif\" \/><\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Rela\u0163ia (3) arat\u0103 c\u0103 varia\u0163ia de entropie a volumului de control se datoreaz\u0103: varia\u0163iei de entropie ap\u0103rute ca urmare a transform\u0103rilor termodinamice, sursei de entropie care se manifest\u0103 datorit\u0103 ireversibilit\u0103\u0163ii \u015fi fluxurilor de entropie ce str\u0103bat volumul definit concomitent cu fluxurile de substan\u0163\u0103.<\/p>\n<div class=\"as-sub-subtitle\">2.2. Ecua\u0163iile modelului propus<\/div>\n<p>Pentru analiz\u0103 a fost aleas\u0103 o instala\u0163ie dotat\u0103 cu o linie de pre\u00eenc\u0103lzire a apei cu trei PJP-uri \u015fi dou\u0103 PIP-uri \u015fi cu \u00eenc\u0103lzire intermediar\u0103 a aburului. Pentru cazan au fost scrise ecua\u0163iile: de conservare a masei, de schimb termic, ale principiului I \u015fi II ale termodinamicii.<\/p>\n<p>Deoarece ecua\u0163iile de bilan\u0163 masic \u015fi energetic (principiul I al termodinamicii) sunt folosite mai des \u00een modele, pentru celelalte componente ale instalatiei vor fi prezentate numai ecua\u0163iile corespunz\u0103toare principiului al II-lea al termodinamicii, particularizate pentru volumul de control respectiv. Pe ansamblu s-au realizat bilan\u0163urile masice, energetice \u015fi de entropie.<\/p>\n<p>Utiliz\u00e2nd nota\u0163iile din figurile 3 (cazan), 4 (turbin\u0103), 5 (condensator) \u015fi 6 (recuperator) &#8211; cu semnifica\u0163iile din anexa 1 &#8211; se pot scrie principalele ecua\u0163ii pentru diferitele componete ale instala\u0163iei.<\/p>\n<div class=\"as-sub-sub-subtitle\">2.2.1. Aplica\u0163ia software a fost ob\u0163inut\u0103 prin adaptarea programului APAB \u015fi completarea acestuia cu noi module de calcul, rezult\u00e2nd \u00een final programul specializat APAB_FT, program care permite o analiz\u0103 numeric\u0103 complex\u0103. Cu ajutorul acestui program se pot simula diferite regimuri de func\u0163ionare \u015fi este posibil\u0103 analiza influen\u0163ei diferi\u0163ilor parametri asupra performan\u0163elor ciclului termodinamic. Modelul este capabil s\u0103 reflecte influen\u0163a parametrilor atmosferici asupra proceselor termodinamice.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/div>\n<style type=\"text\/css\" data-created_by=\"avia_inline_auto\" id=\"style-css-av-av_three_fourth-9497bbf8bff73ea4c6992cc17fa9ec36\">\n.flex_column.av-av_three_fourth-9497bbf8bff73ea4c6992cc17fa9ec36{\nborder-radius:0px 0px 0px 0px;\npadding:0px 0px 0px 0px;\n}\n<\/style>\n<div  class='flex_column av-av_three_fourth-9497bbf8bff73ea4c6992cc17fa9ec36 av_three_fourth  avia-builder-el-14  el_after_av_one_full  el_before_av_one_fourth  first flex_column_div av-zero-column-padding  column-top-margin'     ><style type=\"text\/css\" data-created_by=\"avia_inline_auto\" id=\"style-css-av-av_textblock-3326d3317592321e340dbe8477480288\">\n#top .av_textblock_section.av-av_textblock-3326d3317592321e340dbe8477480288 .avia_textblock{\nfont-size:15px;\n}\n<\/style>\n<section  class='av_textblock_section av-av_textblock-3326d3317592321e340dbe8477480288 '   itemscope=\"itemscope\" itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/CreativeWork\" ><div class='avia_textblock'  itemprop=\"text\" ><div class=\"as-text\">\n<div class=\"as-text\">\n<p>Deoarece nu au existat date suficiente pentru definirea unei st\u0103ri func\u0163ionale de referin\u0163\u0103 pentru instala\u0163ia analizat\u0103, s-a considerat ca referin\u0163\u0103 regimul nominal, fa\u0163\u0103 de care au fost introduse varia\u0163ii \u00een plus sau \u00een minus pentru parametrii principali care definesc ciclul.<\/p>\n<p>Modelul utilizat permite determinarea produc\u0163iei de entropie pe \u00eentreg ciclul \u015fi este eviden\u0163iat modul \u00een care se realizeaz\u0103 aceasta pe fiecare component\u0103 din instala\u0163ie \u00een parte (figura 7).<\/p>\n<p>Dup\u0103 cum se poate observa, cea mai intens\u0103 surs\u0103 de entropie din instala\u0163ie este cazanul, iar cea mai important\u0103 surs\u0103 negativ\u0103 de entropie o constituie condensatorul. Intensitatea ei este comparabil\u0103 cu cea a cazanului. Este de remarcat faptul c\u0103 \u00een pre\u00eenc\u0103lzitoarele regenerative intesitatea sursei de entropie este mic\u0103. De asemenea, se poate vedea c\u0103 intensitatea sursei de entropie a PJP3 este mai mare ca a celorlalte. Acest lucru se datoreaz\u0103 faptului c\u0103 aici este introdus un debit mare de condens provenit de la boilerele pentru ap\u0103
