Pentru a m\u0103ri precizia procesului de testare, a \u00eenl\u0103tura subiectivismul lucr\u0103torului \u015fi &#8211; nu \u00een ultimul r\u00e2nd &#8211; a tip\u0103ri un buletin ca rezultat al test\u0103rii, a fost realizat un echipament electronic complex, dotat cu calculator compatibil IBM PC \u015fi cu programele specializate corespunz\u0103toare. Sistemul a fost utilizat pentru echiparea standurilor de centicubat pompe de injec\u0163ie. Posibilit\u0103\u0163i de testare automat\u0103 a injectoarelor<\/h2><div class='av-subheading av-subheading_below'><p>Metoda de \u00eencercare a injectoarelor utilizat\u0103 pe scar\u0103 larg\u0103 \u00een Rom\u00e2nia este reprezentat\u0103 de un sistem manual \u00een care calitatea procesului de pulverizare este apreciat\u0103 de c\u0103tre un operator uman. Un dezavantaj major al metodei const\u0103 \u00een faptul c\u0103 procesul de verificare are o repetabilitate \u00eendoielnic\u0103 \u015fi aceasta deoarece pomparea se face manual, iar testarea la o frecven\u0163\u0103 mai mare de dou\u0103-trei injec\u0163ii pe secund\u0103 este practic imposibil\u0103. Calitatea aprecierii depinde, \u00een cea mai mare m\u0103sur\u0103, de experien\u0163a operatorului \u015fi de con\u015ftiinciozitatea acestuia pe parcursul verific\u0103rii injectoarelor.<\/p>\n<p>Realizarea unui sistem automat de apreciere a calit\u0103\u0163ii pulveriz\u0103rii are la baz\u0103 observa\u0163ia potrivit c\u0103reia o parte din energia jetului de combustibil produs de injector induce vibra\u0163ii \u00een momentul procesului de injec\u0163ie. Aceste vibra\u0163ii se transmit at\u00e2t mediului \u00een care are loc injec\u0163ia, c\u00e2t \u015fi injectorului \u015fi conductei de \u00eenalt\u0103 presiune (figura 1).<\/p>\n<p>Nota\u0163iile corespunz\u0103toare sunt:<\/p>\n<p>1 &#8211; injector;<br \/>\n2 &#8211; conduct\u0103 de \u00eenalt\u0103 presiune;<br \/>\nEC &#8211; energie cinetic\u0103;<br \/>\nETS &#8211; energie de pulverizare;<br \/>\nEV &#8211; energia vibra\u0163iilor.<\/p>\n<p>\u00cen vederea studierii \u015fi analiz\u0103rii vibra\u0163iilor produse de injector, \u00een cadrul departamentului de cercetare al firmei ROMCONVERT a fost conceput \u015fi realizat un echipament electronic complex care are la baz\u0103 un sistem automat de achizi\u0163ie de date \u00een timp real. Prelucrarea semnalelor provenite de la traductoarele montate pe conductele de \u00eenalt\u0103 presiune, corespunz\u0103toare injectoarelor testate, se realizeaz\u0103 cu ajutorul unui PC, prin intermediul unui program specializat. Cercetarea s-a desf\u0103\u015furat pe dou\u0103 planuri: experimental (\u00een vederea stabilirii traductoarelor adecvate pentru separarea optim\u0103 a semnalului util de zgomotele \u00eenso\u0163itoare) \u015fi numeric (pentru determinarea unor metode c\u00e2t mai relevante de prelucrare a semnalului util).<\/p>\n<p>Problemele cele mai importante care au ap\u0103rut pe parcursul \u00eencerc\u0103rilor au fost dictate de frecven\u0163a mare de e\u015fantionare necesar\u0103 culegerii unui semnal relevant, cerin\u0163a realiz\u0103rii unor filtre \u00een vederea elimin\u0103rii perturba\u0163iilor, necesitatea prelucr\u0103rii \u00eentr-un timp foarte scurt a unui volum mare de date corespunz\u0103toare unei singure injec\u0163ii. Prezentarea rezultatelor<\/h2><div class='av-subheading av-subheading_below'><p>Utilizarea echipamentului prezentat mai sus a condus la ob\u0163inerea unor rezultate relevante privind capacitatea de testare electronic\u0103 a injectoarelor. Pentru analiza numeric\u0103 a semnalului captat de la injector au fost utilizate mai multe criterii, dintre care au ap\u0103rut &#8211; ca fiind mai relevante &#8211; anvelopa semnalului \u015fi transformata Fourier rapid\u0103 (FFT).<\/p>\n<p>O problem\u0103 important\u0103 a constituit-o g\u0103sirea unor criterii obiective de apreciare a calit\u0103\u0163ii func\u0163ion\u0103rii injectorului. \u0162in\u00e2nd cont \u015fi de modul \u00een care se lucreaz\u0103 \u00een domeniul produc\u0163iei \u015fi test\u0103rii, la fabricant, a echipamentelor de injec\u0163ie, \u00een final s-a optat pentru realizarea compara\u0163iei cu o prob\u0103 etalon pentru a se decide asupra bunei func\u0163ion\u0103ri a injectorului. Aceast\u0103 solu\u0163ie implic\u0103 realizarea unei baze de date care s\u0103 includ\u0103 caracteristicile corespunz\u0103toare fiec\u0103rui tip de injector \u00een parte.<\/p>\n<p>\u00cen figurile 2, 3 \u015fi 4 este prezentat grafic semnalul provenit de la un injector folosit drept prob\u0103 etalon.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"special-heading-border\"><div Concluzii<\/h2><div class='av-subheading av-subheading_below'><p>Analiza c\u00e2torva sute de injectoare de diferite tipuri a demonstrat c\u0103 metoda permite selectarea injectoarelor prin compara\u0163ie cu un etalon al clasei respective. Cu c\u00e2t valorile numerice ale criteriilor folosite sunt mai apropiate de valorile etalonului, cu at\u00e2t mai mult injectorul se comport\u0103 ca \u015fi etalonul. Rezultatele ob\u0163inute au ar\u0103tat c\u0103 exist\u0103 &#8211; pentru fiecare tip de injector &#8211; un prag al valorilor numerice care caracterizeaz\u0103 o func\u0163ionare defectuoas\u0103.<\/p>\n<p>Echipamentul tehnic folosit pentru testarea injectoarelor elimin\u0103 subiectivismul operatorului \u00een procesul de verificare. Testarea se desf\u0103\u015foar\u0103 dinamic, la diferite tura\u0163ii, astfel c\u0103 este posibil\u0103 punerea \u00een eviden\u0163\u0103 a mult mai multor defecte dec\u00e2t prin intermediul metodei clasice.<\/p>\n<p>Procesul de testare se eviden\u0163iaz\u0103 prin parametri bine defini\u0163i: debitul \u015fi tura\u0163iile corespunz\u0103toare de \u00eencercare.<\/p>\n<p>Sensibilitatea metodei este foarte ridicat\u0103, fiind posibil\u0103 \u015fi testarea injectoarelor cu camer\u0103 redus\u0103 de acumulare (care prin metoda clasic\u0103 de verificare nu permit audierea zgomotului specific de &#8222;rupere&#8221;).<\/p>\n<p>Metoda a fost prezentat\u0103 \u015fi principalului produc\u0103tor rom\u00e2n de injectoare, HIDROJET Breaza. Cu ajutorul ei au fost testate, gratuit, dou\u0103 loturi de injectoare din produc\u0163ia pentru export.
