Introducere<\/h2><div class='av_custom_color av-subheading av-subheading_below'><p>Cuptoarele folosite \u00een industria petrochimic\u0103 pentru \u00eenc\u0103lzirea \u015fi\/sau vaporizarea produselor petroliere utilizeaz\u0103 drept combustibil gaze naturale sau combustibili lichizi.<br \/>\nCuptoarele sunt dimensionate \u015fi proiectate, \u00een majoritatea cazurilor, pentru regimuri de lucru sta\u0163ionare. Astfel devine posibil\u0103 g\u0103sirea unei solu\u0163ii analitice.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"title\">3. Modelarea regimurilor nesta\u0163ionare pentru un cuptor<\/h2>\n<div class=\"title-detail\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"box-content\">\n<div class=\"as-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/romconvert.azurewebsites.net\/images\/as11\/11-4.gif\" \/><\/div>\n<div class=\"as-text\">\n<p>\u00cen figura 1 este reprezentat schematic un cuptor pentru \u00eenc\u0103lzirea produselor petroliere.<\/p>\n<p>Pentru un cuptor la care schimbul de c\u0103ldur\u0103 se efectueaz\u0103 preponderent \u00een zona de radia\u0163ie, ponderea schimbului de c\u0103ldur\u0103 convectiv de la gaze c\u0103tre produsul \u00eenc\u0103lzit este foarte mic\u0103, astfel c\u0103 \u00een aceast\u0103 analiz\u0103 poate fi neglijat.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>F\u0103c\u00e2nd bilan\u0163ul termic pe o por\u0163iune elementar\u0103 din peretele cuptorului, se ob\u0163ine rela\u0163ia:<\/p>\n<div class=\"math-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"as-image\" src=\"http:\/\/romconvert.azurewebsites.net\/images\/formule\/11-5.gif\" \/><\/div>\n<p>Ca variabil\u0103 a fost aleas\u0103 temperatura ecranului. Pierderile de c\u0103ldur\u0103 au fost apreciate ca reprezent\u00e2nd un procent y din fluxul radiant.<\/p>\n<p>Deoarece vitezele de \u00eenc\u0103lzire pentru cele trei materiale utilizate \u00een construc\u0163ia cuptorului (\u00een sec\u0163iune) sunt diferite, acestea au fost exprimate \u00een func\u0163ie de viteza de \u00eenc\u0103lzire a ecranului (rela\u0163ia 3).<\/p>\n<p>S-a notat cu MC capacitatea caloric\u0103 echivalent\u0103 a peretelui (conform rela\u0163iei 4), unde:<\/p>\n<div class=\"math-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"as-image\" src=\"http:\/\/romconvert.azurewebsites.net\/images\/formule\/11-6.gif\" \/><\/div>\n<p>unde:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Tmf &#8211; temperatura medie din focarul cuptorului;<\/li>\n<li>F &#8211; coeficientul de radia\u0163ie reciproc\u0103;<\/li>\n<li>Kr &#8211; coeficientul relativ de radia\u0163ie;<\/li>\n<li>Ar &#8211; aria de transfer de c\u0103ldur\u0103 din zona de radia\u0163ie;<\/li>\n<li>de &#8211; diametrul exterior al tuburilor din zona de radia\u0163ie;<\/li>\n<li>ns &#8211; num\u0103rul de \u015firuri de tuburi din zona de radia\u0163ie;<\/li>\n<li>e &#8211; ecran;<\/li>\n<li>p &#8211; produs;<\/li>\n<li>z &#8211; izola\u0163ie.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Not\u00e2nd cu:<\/p>\n<div class=\"math-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"as-image\" src=\"http:\/\/romconvert.azurewebsites.net\/images\/formule\/11-7.gif\" \/><\/div>\n<p>ecua\u0163ia (3) poate fi integrat\u0103 (cu condi\u0163ia ini\u0163ial\u0103: t=0 T=Ti):<\/p>\n<div class=\"math-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"as-image\" src=\"http:\/\/romconvert.azurewebsites.net\/images\/formule\/11-8.gif\" \/><\/div>\n<p>Solu\u0163ia ecua\u0163iei este:<\/p>\n<div class=\"math-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"as-image\" src=\"http:\/\/romconvert.azurewebsites.net\/images\/formule\/11-9.gif\" \/><\/div>\n<p>Cu toate rezervele referitoate la ipotezele simplificatore introduse, s-a ob\u0163inut o rela\u0163ie care permite estimarea timpului de intrare \u00een regim a unui cuptor de \u00eenc\u0103lzit produse petroliere.<\/p>\n<div class=\"box-content\">\n<div class=\"as-text\">\n<p>Pentru a determina varia\u0163ia timpului de \u00eenc\u0103lzire a fost ales pentru exemplificare un cuptor folosit la \u00eenc\u0103lzirea unui ulei mediu, cu densitatea relativ\u0103 0,95 \u015fi factorul de caracterizare Watson K=11, pentru un debit masic de ulei de 200 t\/h. Masa total\u0103 a cuptorului a fost estimat\u0103 ca fiind de 10 tone. A fost testat\u0103 comportarea rela\u0163iei pentru cazul \u00een care dimensiunile cuptorului se modific\u0103, cu toate consecin\u0163ele care decurg de aici (masa a fost crescut\u0103 la 12 \u015fi apoi la 15 tone).<\/p>\n<p>Temperatura medie \u00een focar a fost estimat\u0103 la valoarea de 850 \u00b0C \u015fi temperatura de pornire a fost considerat\u0103 ca fiind 25 \u00b0C.<\/p>\n<p>Din analiza numeric\u0103 a solu\u0163iei s-a constatat c\u0103 exist\u0103 o instabiltate pentru intervale scurte de timp, imediat dup\u0103 \u00eenceperea procesului de \u00eenc\u0103lzire. Concluzii<\/h2><div class='av-subheading av-subheading_below'><p>Aprecierea duratei proceselor nesta\u0163ionare din cuptoarele de \u00eenc\u0103lzit produse petroliere are o deosebit\u0103 importan\u0163\u0103 pentru procesele tehnologice de prelucrate a hidrocarburilor.<\/p>\n<p>Solu\u0163ia analitic\u0103 prezentat\u0103 permite aprecierea rapid\u0103 a duratei de intrare \u00een regim a cuptorului. Problema care se pune este legat\u0103 de concordan\u0163a rezultatelor ob\u0163inute pe aceast\u0103 cale cu rezultatele practice.
