Rela\u0163ii utilizate pentru determinarea abaterii entalpiei \u015fi entropiei gazelor reale fa\u0163\u0103 de gazul perfect<\/h2>\n<div class=\"title-detail\" style=\"text-align: left;\"><\/div>\n<p>Pentru evaluarea entropiei \u015fi entalpiei gazelor reale s-a pornit de la expresiile diferen\u0163iale cunoscute:<\/p>\n<div class=\"math-image\" style=\"text-align: center;\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"as-image\" src=\"http:\/\/romconvert.azurewebsites.net\/images\/formule\/15-1.gif\" \/><\/div>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Expresia diferen\u0163ial\u0103 corespunz\u0103toare energiei interne pentru o izoterm\u0103 este evaluat\u0103 cu ajutorul rela\u0163iei:<\/p>\n<div class=\"math-image\" style=\"text-align: center;\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"as-image\" src=\"http:\/\/romconvert.azurewebsites.net\/images\/formule\/15-2.gif\" \/><\/div>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Ecua\u0163ia de stare pentru gaze perfecte, corectat\u0103 cu factorul de abatere Z, devine:<\/p>\n<div class=\"math-image\" style=\"text-align: center;\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"as-image\" src=\"http:\/\/romconvert.azurewebsites.net\/images\/formule\/15-3.gif\" \/><\/div>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Expresia (8) poate fi scris\u0103 \u00een func\u0163ie de parametrii redu\u015fi:<\/p>\n<div class=\"math-image\" style=\"text-align: center;\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"as-image\" src=\"http:\/\/romconvert.azurewebsites.net\/images\/formule\/15-4.gif\" \/><\/div>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">unde:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: center;\">\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">temperatura redus\u0103: Tr = T\/Tc;<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">volumul redus: vr = v\/(RTc\/pc).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">\u0162in\u00e2nd seama de faptul c\u0103 \u00een cazul unui gaz perfect presiunea redus\u0103 tinde la zero, iar volumul redus tinde la infinit:<\/p>\n<div class=\"math-image\" style=\"text-align: center;\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"as-image\" src=\"http:\/\/romconvert.azurewebsites.net\/images\/formule\/15-5.gif\" \/><\/div>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Integr\u00e2nd expresia diferen\u0163ial\u0103 (9) \u00eentre o stare a gazului real caracterizat\u0103 de energia intern\u0103 u \u015fi o stare corespunz\u0103toare notat\u0103 u*, corespunz\u0103toare unui gaz perfect \u015fi grup\u00e2nd termenii, rezult\u0103:<\/p>\n<div class=\"math-image\" style=\"text-align: center;\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"as-image\" src=\"http:\/\/romconvert.azurewebsites.net\/images\/formule\/15-6.gif\" \/><\/div>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Pornind de la defini\u0163ia entalpiei, se poate scrie expresia abaterii entalpiei gazului real fa\u0163\u0103 de gazul perfect:<\/p>\n<div class=\"math-image\" style=\"text-align: center;\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"as-image\" src=\"http:\/\/romconvert.azurewebsites.net\/images\/formule\/15-7.gif\" \/><\/div>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Ra\u0163ion\u00e2nd asem\u0103n\u0103tor pentru abaterea entropiei gazului real fa\u0163\u0103 de gazul perfect, rezult\u0103:<\/p>\n<div class=\"math-image\" style=\"text-align: center;\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"as-image\" src=\"http:\/\/romconvert.azurewebsites.net\/images\/formule\/15-8.gif\" \/><\/div>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Pentru evaluarea integralelor din expresiile (11) \u015fi (14) a fost utilizat\u0103 biblioteca de func\u0163ii \u015fi proceduri de la programul Z [4], program ce permite calcularea factorului de compresibilitate pentru pr = 0,01 &#8230; 10 \u015fi Tr = 0,3 &#8230; 5, inclusiv \u00een zona de schimbare de faz\u0103.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"title\" style=\"text-align: left;\">3. Determinarea entalpiei \u015fi entropiei gazului real<\/h2>\n<div class=\"title-detail\" style=\"text-align: center;\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"box-content\" style=\"text-align: center;\">\n<div class=\"as-image\">\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/romconvert.azurewebsites.net\/images\/as15\/15-13.gif\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Figura 1<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"as-text\">\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Pentru calcularea varia\u0163iei de entropie \u00eentre dou\u0103 st\u0103ri, notate cu 1 \u015fi 2, corespunz\u0103toare unui gaz real, s-a folosit schema din figura 1. Cu asterisc s-a notat o stare corespunz\u0103toare gazului perfect.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Deoarece entalpia este o m\u0103rime de stare, deci o diferen\u0163ial\u0103 total\u0103 exact\u0103, rezult\u0103 c\u0103 integrala \u00eentre cele dou\u0103 st\u0103ri nu depinde de drum. \u00cen aceste condi\u0163ii, pentru a calcula varia\u0163ia de entalpie se utilizeaz\u0103 drumul 1 &gt; 1* &gt; 2* &gt; 2 (figura 1). Efectu\u00e2nd integrala pe acest drum rezult\u0103:<\/p>\n<div class=\"math-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"as-image\" src=\"http:\/\/romconvert.azurewebsites.net\/images\/formule\/15-9.gif\" \/><\/div>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Se observ\u0103 c\u0103 \u00een expresia (15) membrul st\u00e2ng se compune din abaterea entalpiei fa\u0163\u0103 de gazul perfect \u00een st\u0103rile 1 \u015fi 2, iar termenul h*2- h*1 reprezint\u0103 varia\u0163ia de entalpie pe o izobar\u0103, pentru un gaz perfect, astfel c\u0103 se poate aplica formula:<\/p>\n<div class=\"math-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"as-image\" src=\"http:\/\/romconvert.azurewebsites.net\/images\/formule\/15-10.gif\" \/><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"box-content\" style=\"text-align: center;\">\n<div class=\"as-image\">\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/romconvert.azurewebsites.net\/images\/as15\/15-14.gif\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Figura 2<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"as-text\">\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Pentru entropie se procedeaz\u0103 asem\u0103n\u0103tor, folosind schema din figura 2. \u00cen acest caz s-au considerat dou\u0103 st\u0103ri, 1* \u015fi 2*, ca fiind st\u0103rile gazului perfect care are aceea\u015fi mas\u0103 molecular\u0103 cu gazul real considerat, la presiunile \u015fi temperaturile st\u0103rilor reale 1 \u015fi 2. Deoarece entropia este o m\u0103rime de stare, pentru integrarea ei \u00eentre st\u0103rile 1 \u015fi 2 poate fi ales un drum convenabil: 1 &gt; 1* &gt; 2* &gt; 2. Formula pentru acest caz devine:<\/p>\n<div class=\"math-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"as-image\" src=\"http:\/\/romconvert.azurewebsites.net\/images\/formule\/15-11.gif\" \/><\/div>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Se constat\u0103 c\u0103 pe l\u00e2ng\u0103 termenii ce reprezint\u0103 abaterea entropiei gazului real fa\u0163\u0103 de st\u0103rile 1 \u015fi 2 apare \u015fi varia\u0163ia entropiei pentru un gaz perfect, calculat\u0103 \u00eentre st\u0103rile 1 \u015fi 2 cu rela\u0163ia:<\/p>\n<div class=\"math-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"as-image\" src=\"http:\/\/romconvert.azurewebsites.net\/images\/formule\/15-12.gif\" \/><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<h2 class=\"title\" style=\"text-align: left;\">4. Considera\u0163ii privind realizarea programului<\/h2>\n<div class=\"title-detail\" style=\"text-align: center;\"><\/div>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Rela\u0163iile prezentate \u00een paragrafele precedente permit calcularea varia\u0163iei entalpiei \u015fi entropiei \u00eentre dou\u0103 puncte ale unui gaz real, cu condi\u0163ia posibilit\u0103\u0163ii evalu\u0103rii factorului de compresibilitate \u015fi a derivatei acestuia.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Volumul specific se poate determina direct din ecua\u0163ia de stare, corectat\u0103 cu factorul de compresibilitate.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">\u00cen vederea realiz\u0103rii programului au fost luate \u00een considerare mai multe probleme practice: modalitatea de calcul a valorilor absolute ale entalpiei \u015fi entropiei \u00eentr-o stare, precizia de determinare a acestora, necesarul de informa\u0163ii despre un gaz real pentru a permite calcularea parametrilor de stare dintr-un anumit domeniu.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Pentru a determina o stare oarecare a gazului real s-a ales o stare de referin\u0163\u0103 \u00een care se cunosc to\u0163i parametrii (entalpie \u015fi entropie): p = 0,1 Mpa, T = 298 K.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Folosind rela\u0163iile (15) \u015fi (17) se pot calcula entalpia \u015fi entropia, pentru orice stare, \u00een func\u0163ie de starea de referin\u0163\u0103. Pentru aceasta mai sunt necesare: presiunea critic\u0103, temperatura critic\u0103 \u015fi factorul acentric.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Dac\u0103 presiunea st\u0103rii cerute este mai mic\u0103 dec\u00e2t presiunea critic\u0103 apar dou\u0103 situa\u0163ii. C\u00e2nd punctul este \u00een afara zonei de schimbare de faz\u0103 se utilizeaz\u0103 metoda descris\u0103 mai sus, iar \u00een caz contrar se determin\u0103 parametrii pe curbele limit\u0103 (v&#8217;, v&#8221;, s&#8217;, s&#8221;, h&#8217;, h&#8221;), iar pe baza rela\u0163iei cunoscute, \u00een func\u0163ie de titlu, se determin\u0103 parametrii punctului.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"title\" style=\"text-align: left;\">5. Testarea programului RG1<\/h2>\n<div class=\"title-detail\" style=\"text-align: center;\"><\/div>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Un aspect important \u00eel constituie \u00eencrederea \u00een rezultatele furnizate de program. Deoarece este posibil\u0103 calcularea, \u00een cazul unui gaz real, a parametrilor de stare dintr-un domeniu larg, ce include \u015fi zona transform\u0103rii de faz\u0103, pentru verificare au fost utilizate alte aplica\u0163ii software, comparabile ca domeniu de valori, dar care au o precizie bun\u0103, verificat\u0103 pe alte c\u0103i.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Au fost utilizate dou\u0103 programe de acest tip:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: center;\">\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">Programul APAB [5], pentru calcularea parametrilor apei \u015fi aburului, construit pe baza formulelor IFC. Acesta a fost testat comparativ cu valorile publicate \u00een cartea lui Vukalovici, edi\u0163ia 1967, constat\u00e2ndu-se o eroare maxim\u0103 de 0,2% pe \u00eentreg domeniul;<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">Programul MetanTS [6], pentru calcularea parametrilor de stare ai metanului. Valorile din program au fost comparate cu valorile publicate \u00een lucrarea [1], rezult\u00e2nd o eroare maxim\u0103 de 0,7% pe \u00eentreg domeniul.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Testele comparative f\u0103cute \u00eentre programul RG1 \u015fi cele dou\u0103 men\u0163ionate mai sus au condus la o eroare maxim\u0103 de 3,5% pe \u00eentreg domeniul de lucru, eroarea fiind acceptabil\u0103 din punct de vedere tehnic. Av\u00e2nd \u00een vedere c\u0103 valorile ob\u0163inute cu RG1 pentru un gaz real sunt generate plec\u00e2nd de la o stare de referin\u0163\u0103 \u015fi de la parametrii punctului critic, rezultatele ob\u0163inute sunt satisf\u0103c\u0103toare din punct de vedere practic.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"title\" style=\"text-align: left;\">6. Rezultate \u015fi concluzii<\/h2>\n<p>\u00cen figura 3 este prezentat\u0103 diagrama Ts a etanului, pentru care s-a solicitat un punct ce are o presiune mai mic\u0103 dec\u00e2t presiunea critic\u0103. Pentru a minimiza spa\u0163iul de prezentare au fost decupate panourile cu rezultatele ob\u0163inute \u015fi au fost lipite pe diagram\u0103.<\/p>\n<div class=\"title-detail\" style=\"text-align: center;\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"as-images row\" style=\"text-align: center;\">\n<div class=\"as-box col-lg-6 col-md-6 col-sm-6 col-xs-12\">\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/romconvert.azurewebsites.net\/images\/as15\/15-15.gif\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Figura 3<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Figura 4 prezint\u0103 diagrama Ts pentru Freon R22, pentru care s-a solicitat un punct din zona de schimbare de faz\u0103.
